I have been told to alter my active x controls but I can't seem to pull up the internet explorer browser so I can get to the permission controls at the top. My default is Firefox and it seems to delete the option of choosing the tools option on the top row of choices, such as File, Edit, View, etc.

It seems to "download" alright to the downloader of Firefox but when I try to install it I get a window saying that it is not a valid 32 something-or-other.
