how do you set up internet, every time I try to go on internet explorer it says username or password is wrong, i bought this phone yesterday and yesterday the dude said internet should be working in 24 hrs

I have a 700w palm treo and every time i click internet explorer it dials 777 and then says username and password is incorrect. I am with cricket i meant to say username OR password
