    To get sharp images you need to eliminate: 1) Camera shake. Shoot at 1/125th of a second or faster. At 100mm focal length or longer shoot at 1/(focal length x 1.5). Invest in a cheap tripod and an Infra red remote shutter release...I think it's an ML-L3. 2) Depth of field and lens sharpness...

    It really doesn't matter much which TRI bike you get -- personal preference, color, components are not that big a factor overall. I've seen people on $10,000 bikes with a $5 bike fit and a $1 setup (why pay $9000 more to shave off 2 pounds on a bike if you're gonna carry 2 more waterbottles...

    A Tri-bike has a different/aggressive configuration. It's harder to control as you will be using Aero bars for much of the ride.     You can get tested for a variety of STD's almost immediately. E.g. Clamydia, syphillis, GC. If you dodged a bullet this time, next time if you have any reason to believe a person might have an STD -- DON'T DO IT.

    bicycle or trampoline?

    Bicycle -- get a good one (around $500 to start). You can burn between 600-1000 calories per hour on a bicycle. Trampolines are just 'fun' for the most part.
