I don't know what color lights to get the Silverstar 9006 and 9005 white lights 4000k (not yellow or blue) Or should i get the recon platinum blue 5600k 9006 and 9005? Which one would look better and help with vision?

Well I have speakers and a head unit(radio) i don't wanna do anything to the engine but i would like to do something with the looks of the car it is silver with stock rims i'm not worried about the rims i have some already and i have low profile tires I don't know if i would like a tint or not...

Which one is better and which one helps with not getting viruses and other bad things and which one is faster and what are the pro's and con's of both?
