On phones like the samsung behold 2 and tmobile comet there are wifi data bullets on the website. I jus want to know what means. It can't mean the phone has wifi because more phones than those 2 have wifi

I want the samsung behold 2 on tmobile but do not want to buy a data plan. Also on the tmobile website it is bulleted next to the phone that it has wifi data (not really sure what that means). I want to know if I can surf the web and use the android market on wifi only without purchasing a data...
