    Android Emulator Platform wont install?

    Hi Im trying to install the Android SDK now i can unzip and run the SDK Manager and I can download the platform but the platform wont install it gets stuck on one bar and just sits there. Now Ive been working on a comp were Im not an admin so could that be the case?
