Everything else turns on...brake lights, signals, but the headlights wont turn on, if i turn the high beam on the indicator doesn't show up either....i replaced the fuse as well, but still no luck...any ideas?

my 94 yamaha fzr600 has a throttle that seems to stick sometimes when driving it, any idea how to fix this? also, when starting up it idles very low and dies, any suggestions will be awesome :)

Is it really easy to mess this up? I need to get the bike a tune up, do they clean that out with the tune up?
