Why can't I get some units like jet fighters, guided missile, and airship? I have all the things you need for them, can anyone explain? I really want stealth bombers and jet fighters.

I do capture cities, but I don't know how I do it. Can someone explain for me?

Ok so I've been playing it a while, and I haven't declared any wars until now. First of all, I have never won a battle when I attacked. Second, I cannot take back my city that was captured. I'm on settler difficulty. Why do these things happen and how can I win wars? Help please.
