On 1999 LeSabre's when you pull out the lap belt on the drivers side,does it make a clicking sound when it retracts so you know it's locked? Does anybody have a 1999 Buick LeSabre that they can check it out for me? I would appreciate it so much!!!

I suppose I should put that on the application. Will I get a rider on my eyes? I have dry eye. Without coverage, Restasis is about $120/month.
