I took my truck out today and got on the gas (floored) then when I let off the gas and went to stop the engine had high RPM's and I had to smash the brake to the floor because the truck would go 10mph on its own could it be something with the throttle cable?

The truck is predictable most of the time when I start it the starter gear gets stuck and makes a banging noise sometimes it just seems like the starter gear is spinning in the air shimmed it checked for flywheel problems and had starter replaced 3 times getting tired of it can anyone help????????

coolant really isnt running out? the coolant bubbles a bit in the jug but it dont suck coolant whats wrong????????
