For the last 12 weeks i'v been working out 5 days a week. I'v been doing intensive Weights, and different forms of Cardio.
Iv never really worked out in my life before this.
All my friends who also workout loads tell me that it is important to take a week off from training to let your body...

24.9secs was my best time, my other times include 25-26.9secs
