    Would high intensity cycle sprints on the cycling machine be a good leg workout?

    I'm really scrawny 6 foot and i weigh a 150 pounds. I need to build my legs would sprints of really high intensity resistance on the cycle help build my legs. I also do regular leg building excercises. Could i also have answers by people that aren't trying to sell me products

    Is it neccesary to have an undergraduate business degree to get into an mba program.?

    I applied to the faculty of arts but i think i want to pursue business as my future occupation. My current plan is to major in history and see if i can possibly take a minor or two minors in business. So if i get a history degree is it still possible for me to do an mba.
