I had the inspection done today and a few things showed up that I'm concerned about. 1) 1 double pane window has a hole on it. It's about 1 inch in diameter and is only on the outside pane. Inside pane is sealed. Window is not cracked...just a hole like a small rock went through it. 2) Faucet...
