My dog has this problem where she constantly scratches even when there are no fleas or ticks. We thought it might have been mange, but we took her to the vet and they said it wasn't mange. I don't know what to do. She is literally ripping her skin apart and making herself bleed, and I don't know...

I bought my own car with my own money, but my dad got my car and put it in his name and said that I couldn't have it in my name because you have to be 18 years old. Is this true, or did my dad pretty much just steal my money and take my car? If you need to know, I live in Florida.
