the battery life on my HTC sucks! How much better will it be with the Evo 4? Is there any way to increase my battery life on the Hero? How do you shut off all the programs except the phone? Most of the time I don't use anything but the phone.

Are these one and the same? I know nothing about either one of these. Can I get some of your expertise to explain what they are? Also, are they connected to a cell phone number that you already have or what? What if you don't have a cell phone number but you want mobile hotspot or WiFi?

Does this phone have the feature that you can turn on in settings where it will announce the caller ID when someone is calling? I drive a lot and can't see the small print without my glasses. I like the feature because it tells me who is calling me.
