My mother gave us both to use on the cats without the boxes. The silver worked ok on the cats & kittens but didn't kill as many fleas as we would like. I was gonna use the gold but, I dunno the difference between the 2 so, I'm not gonna use it til I know. All I kno is Gold is more xpensive...
