i turned off my firewall, and STILL got a yellow bar that said, "add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet Options for potential conflicts." why? how can i just download it?

They were talking about a Holocaust ring, and one person said "I didn't know they handed out rings at the Holocaust". Did they hand out rings, or only to the survivors? or what?
