i'm so confused. what's the pattern (if any) in making a singular noun into a two person/thing noun, and into a three or more noun? and what is the pattern to how the adjectives correspond with these singular/plural nouns? I know there must be irregulars, but how do the regular ones generally...

I'm trying to publish a book for the first time. I don't want to self publish or vanity publish. I was looking into commercially publishing. I want my book to have a chance of getting sold. Has anybody gone through with this? What was your experience?
