So my friend tells me theres a app for android phone's that bluffs your texts so it looks like someone else is texting you , like the bluff my call app effect but for text messaging ? I dont know if it's true but if it is, can you give me thee name of the app

we both agreed that the internet is fun and all but its really unsafe at times .. we are doing ... how should i say... a poll i guess, or a suggestion thing, so what ideas or things would you do to make the internet safer if you had the power to change it?
