    Does this diet/exercise plan sound realistic?

    I am about 230 lbs female and 25 yrs old. I really want to lose weight. I'm eating only 950 calories per day and drinking 9 glasses of water per day (no sodas, juice, alcohol!) I also walk on the treadmill 75 minutes straight 4 days per week and play 90 minutes of racquet ball on Friday nights...
