I need help. In the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution .What category of persons have constitutional protections of their "privileges and immunities" based upon the 14th Amendment? Please help me with this question and only answer if you know what you are taking about.

Depends on where they are when they get deployed or tdy. When my husband was deployed, we talked 3 to 4 times a week because he was in a relatively safe area. But some may not be able to talk for weeks or months at a time.

I have wires coming from the jeep,but they don't match the wiring diagram,there is no amp but I can see where they cut the wires. Please help
