i bought a xbox on ebay that said the seal was intact. when i got the xbox in the mail i promptly registered it and sent it to microsoft for repairs. now microsoft tells me the warranty is void, but they dont tell me how to get my xbox back. anyone know how?

i have a 1997 ford probe and the dome light will not turn off no matter what i do. it is making the battery die and the light has been on for a long time now. does anyone know how i can turn it off so i have the battery power to start it in the morning?
