Been going a lot lately and have been shooting a good amount of fish, just wondering if theres anyone else out there with some tips

Ive been spearfishing right off the coast and the only problem is that i have no idea wat the legal fish, and sizes there are, so ive mostly been hunting bass, halibut and the occasional yellowtail but i see so many more fish im just not sure what u can and cannot shoot.
