My media Buttons dont work ever since a updated from XP to Vista home premium any solutions?

I just updated my ITouch to O.S 3.0 and i found a bluetooth option under general settings does the i touch have Bluetooth in it or do i have to buy a blue tooth adapter. And what blue tooth headsets work with it .Thank You
