I have -13 customer loyalty rating and nothing I do seems to help. What can I do to boost it and get it back into the positive?

I need to make some more creations, such as tattoos. I had found one creation I derived from and thought it was a great tattoo to derive from, but rather than deriving from that over and over, can (and should) i just derive from my own tattoos I created from that original derivation? Also if...
