i get a sharp pain through my bicept if i put pressure against it, like if i go for an arm wrestle this sharp pain runs through and i lose to someone with much less upper strength than i do. it feels deep in the middle of my mucle and is only in my bicept. not the shoulder or arm. i am almost 15...
