    When buying an unlocked cellphone, do I have to pay for a 3G or 4G plan or can I just use wireless?

    For example, if I buy an unlocked iphone 4, do I still have to pay monthly for an internet plan?

    Should I buy the Samsung player 5.0 or should I wait?

    I am wondering if I should invest in an ipod touch or the Samsung player 5.0. I know that the player 5.0 only has a core processor, and I would prefer a dual core or higher. Should I just wait? Are there any other suggestions anyone can give to me?
