perception by 2? I've reached level 30, but found that my lockpick skill is only 98 after a mentat boost and +1 boost of a hat. Is there any sort of consumable item or article of clothing that will give me a +2 boost to perception? I need this to get the Gobi Campaign Rifle and help would be...
