    can you lay a flotec pre-charged verticle pressure tank on its side?

    i am going to buy a new pressure tank tomorrow but the horizontal is 100.00 more then the Vertical so can i lay the Vertical on its side if i build a holder for it??

    Is there a program besides photoshop that I can use to change the background in my pics?

    i personal hate photo shop i use a program called paint shop pro originally it was made by jasc but now corel makes the newer versions i use version 7.04 made by jasc it is very user friendly
