I did 675 pounds 6 times on the incline bench press. I didn't have a chance to flat bench so I was wondering how much my flat bench max would be?.. I doubt ill make it to the gym anytime soon, I'm very busy. Id like to know, bc ppl always ask me how much I can, but I never tried. If u would know...
