I always save the .sis program files, and contacts onto the memory card... that way when you update firmware you can format the phone and install the programs from scratch without having to use the computer..... Oh yea and my n86 doesn't have a software update yet.... still on v20.. mine is...

I like Nokia phones and Im going to buy an N8. Ive owned Nokia phones for a decade. With that said, the delusion is strong in this thread. News flash...Symbian is dead, it has been for years. Why else is Nokia losing marketshare daily? Maemo/Meego are an attempt to keep up...so far, Fail...
