There is a little gas station/pizza place in a very well to do area. It was the only place that as delivered pizza in about a 20 mile area. My question is would it be a wise idea to buy it and turn it into a grocery and pizza delivery and if so are there any government grants or loans out there...

I recently dropped my phone in some water and broke it. I am pretty sure it wont be insured and I have to buy a new one. My mom said just said she will buy a new one however she is out of town. Can we have the new phone charged to her phone bill?
