do I fix this? Okay, well how do I add more tension? just rotate the tensioner till it's tight? Yeah the belts running straight, none of the pulleys squeak I think I just can't get the tensioner tight enough to keep the belt tight. Thank you guys for the answers, but the problems still not...

I want to take off the gauge cluster so I can get new gauges and a tach to put into the custom cluster I've been building since I was 12. Anyone help?
