is there/where is the screw to move the headlight up and down?

each time i talk to someone on facebook chat, each time they start to type or send me a message it cuts me off and i have to reclick the box to continue typing. also each time i leave the facebook window and someone sends me a chat it brings me back to facebook. im justing a pc with firefox....
