Best Americanized Mexican food I've ever had Actually prefer it over "real" Mexican and I'm part Hispanic The thing I do not like about Mexican food is the use of carbs. Beans and tortillas? That's not bad but when people eat 3 or more tacos, we have a diabetes issue.
