i have an htc evo working on cricket its rooted and updated to 2.2 i have to turn it on and right away turn off data connection in order to stay on otherwise in reboot and the reboots again and the vibrates and a green light starts flashing until i remove the battery any suggestions

im undecided on what cellphone to choose between droid x, htc hero or samsung fascinate question based only on android phones or of are beter phones please mention them and compare thanks.. sorry htc evo not hero
