Im thinking about opening a hookah lounge with chill ambient music. plush couches and art on the walls. A chill back atmosphere. And I was wondering how much does it cost to open one. I have $10,000 save, would that be enough or do I need more money?

I need to play sharp chords for a song. They have chords like G#, C#, D#, E#, etc. I was wondering, if I put a capo in a specific place on the guitar, can it play sharp chords but i just play the regular finger positions of these chords?? Any tips, advice, websites are greatly appreciated.
