im paying court ordered child support for my daughter who lives with her dad.ive been paying for 2 years and have not seen her once.he says he doesntt want to confuse her.we made our visiting arrangements at the child support office and he doesnt follow them.what can i do?we both signed papers...

I'd prefer somebody who has some sort of knowledge in the english language (such as university degree/teacher), not because I am fussy but the person I am debating this with will only take an answer from somebody knowledgeable on the subject.
