I need to know how to convert a SWF file to a SWG file. SWF stands for Shockwave Flash. Does anybody know how to do this? Are they the same type of file?

I know it's early but last year me and my friends rushed in 2 weeks to get together our group costume. I need a costume idea for myself or maybe a group. The problem is that it has to be comfy enough for a school dance. I also don't want to look trashy. Any ideas? I am up for making it myself...
