please read and don't bitch and moan xD i was assigned to support the death penalty. one of my reasons is that 5% goes to corrections which is prisons, juvenile justice programs, parole, and other programs. 5% is 50 billion $. i'm using this because people whose loved ones died by a murderer...

I was assigned to support the death penalty which is pretty difficult when you're agaisnt it. I could use deterence, but there is no legit or not very true information out there about how deterence actually works. Please help me out. :(
