I have been having signs of an eating disorder for about 7 months now. At the beginning i would just eat very little (ex. 0 - 400 cals a day). Then about 3 months later i started throwing up but i wouldn't always throw up after a binge but just maybe even after just eating like some salad... So...

On one true media do you have to by a dvd or can You download it and use a converter and burn ?
