    Me and my boyfriend talk all the time on the phone, but i don't know when i can call him without costing me minutes. He is on verizon. This month i used 252 of everyone minutes, and we only have 450 a month. Does it cost me if he calls me, or anything. Can i wait till like after 9 to call him...
