Yes, icon making can definitely be addicting. Especially if you find a scene or a pairing that you really love to make icons for. I can't do anything too extensive yet (brightening, darkening midtones, is almost the extent of what I can do), but it's so much fun. :)

I suspect Toei shot the series on poor quality film stock to begin with, or we've just gotten really bad prints over the years. I have no idea whether the audio on the DragonBox sets is any better than what Funimation has given us, though it could be.
