Where can i find a dress for my 8th grade dance?
Okay so im in the search for a dress no higher then $40 i looked at MACY'S JCPENNYS KHOLS and i found some cute ones but there like 50 or 60 dollars i know there are cute dresses that arent that expensive plz help :) Thanks
