    bamboo fun pen and touch small did not have a disc with adobe photoshop elements?

    so it said on the box it came with a full version of adobe photoshop elements i open the box but its not in there with the other things i looked in the sleeve where the installation cd is i cant find the software on the installation cd or anywhere else in the packaging
