When I'm going about 65-70 mph and I tromp hard on the gas pedal the check engine light flashes on and off, but when I let off a little it will go off. None of the gauges showed anything unusual at the time. Is there something wrong with my truck, or is it just not meant to have the pedal down...

Overall is it a quality vehicle? What is the top speed? Does it have good acceleration/handling? Any other information would also be great.

It depends what style you like. If you prefer the modern street racers, get a Honda Civic. If you prefer the older muscle cars, find an old Trans Am or something that needs a little TLC.

Which muffler would sound better on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500: -Flowmaster Standard 40 Series or -Flowmaster Super 40 Series P.S.-I want it to sound pretty loud, but still maintain a good tone.
