    What are exercises footballers (soccer players) do...?

    If you want explosive power and bonecrushing leg slides I suggest sled pulls, squats, box stands, lunges and wind sprints. Do these exercises religiously and constantly push yourself and you will dominate the playing field.

    is it okay to eat after the gym?

    I think its physically impossible to eat after the gym, a magic sheild will prevent you from eating!! =)
