    How can I find a replacement knob/ joystick on 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Radio/GPS...

    ...REC unit.? I was told by the parts dept. at the dealership that the $5 knob/joystick was not available and I wound need to replace the entire $2000 radio/GPS. Has anyone run into anything like this. This is just a plastic knob that fits on a metal shaft. Everything else works fine.
