    Why won't my 2000 Dodge Neon fire?

    Everything is working fine. The only problem is that its not firing. I have new spark plugs, a programmed ECU, new fuel and new fuel pump. For some reason its not getting the signal to fire. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Ok, so I have a 2000 Dodge Neon. It idled horrible for about 20 seconds before completly dieing on me. Since then I have replaced the ECM (PCM). It sounds like it wants to start but it just wont.
