I am putting together a web page. It contains various kinds of files that are animated and I use the"marquee" tag on a few. Problem is, the page looks perfect on my practise pages, but when I actually put it online, the animations are all over the place. What is going on? I use microsoft office...

while playing an online game I get a message to open a php file that has graphics for the game. I have no programs that can open it. What do I need to view these files.
